Faster websites and less admin, built inside the software you already own.

Tiraly rebuilds out-of-date business websites and automates routine office work in Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace. You pay one fixed fee, agreed in writing before we start, and everything we build belongs to you.

1 fee

Fixed and agreed in writing before work starts. If a job takes longer than we planned, that's our cost.

We do two things.

Both start from the software you already pay for, and neither comes with a subscription to us.

Websites

Replace a slow, out-of-date website.

A WordPress site needs patching every month, and the moment it falls behind it is exposed. We rebuild yours as fast, plain pages with nothing to patch. Every page moves across and every old link redirects, so your search rankings carry over.

  • Every page, image and form moved across
  • Every old address redirected to its new page
  • Built to load in under a second on a phone
  • Domain and hosting in your name, logins in your hands
  • A simple editor for your team, if you want one
  • Written notes on how the site is put together
How a rebuild works

Automation

Automate the office work your team does by hand.

Your team chases documents, retypes figures and drafts this year's report from last year's. We build assistants and workflows inside your own Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace account that do that work, and a person approves anything that leaves the building.

  • Built in your account, under your admin
  • Fixed rules written in code the AI can't change
  • Your templates, your precedents, your data
  • A named approver for every output
  • Running costs stated before you sign
  • Keeps working if you stop working with us

One fixed fee, agreed before we start.

You pay one price, and you know it before the work starts. A project runs in four steps.

  1. A 20-minute call

You tell us about the site or the job. We tell you on the call whether we can help.

  2. A written scope and one price

The scope lists what's in, what's out, the fixed fee and the monthly running cost.

  3. Weekly previews

We build in your accounts and show you progress every week on a private preview address.

  4. Handover

Your team gets the logins and written notes, and runs it from there. Nothing depends on us.

Questions we get on the first call

Do we need to buy any new software?

Usually not. We build with what you already pay for: Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Xero, Word and Excel. If a job needs something extra, such as a premium Microsoft connector, we name it and its monthly cost in the scope before you sign.

Which AI model do you use?

Whichever your account allows. Microsoft 365 Copilot runs OpenAI's models, the ones behind ChatGPT, and your admin can also enable Anthropic's Claude. We build so you can switch between them without rebuilding anything.

What happens if we stop working with you?

Nothing changes. Everything we build sits in your accounts, and you hold the logins and the written notes. There is no subscription to cancel and nothing to hand back.

Can our team edit the website themselves?

Yes. If you change pages often, we set up a simple editor and include its running cost in the quote. If you change them twice a year, we make the edits for a fixed fee.

How long does a website rebuild take?

Most take three to five weeks from the first call to going live. Your current site stays up throughout, and the switch happens on a day you choose.

Is there a contract?

A one-page scope that both sides sign. It lists what we'll build, the fixed fee, the running costs and what you own, which is everything.

Tell us what's slowing you down.

A 20-minute call, then a fixed price in writing. If we can't help, we'll say so on the call.
